• Pentium class CPU
• 16MB RAM
• CD-ROM drive
• Active speaker
• VGA card and monitor
• Microsoft Windows 95, Windows 98

If you also intend to use the TV Vision P951T for video conferencing, the followings are required:

• 28.8kbps modem
• Desktop PC camera
• Full-duplex sound card
• Microphone
• Speakers
• Video conferencing software (e.g. Microsoft NetMeeting)
