The P951T board is a hardware that contains TV tuner and video input functionality. So you can watch up to 125 cable television channels and 70 antenna channels in smooth, full-motion video on the whole screen or in a window , can capture video and still frames.

In addition, the TV Vision TV Card is able to display Teletext in multiple windows and the teletext can be linked to any windows program supporting OLE 2.0 (e.g., MS Word, MS Excel, etc.)
